- Kate's boyfriend telling me I was "a brave girl" as he dressed my blisters at 4 am Sunday morning - aaahhh
- Sonia's mum's rock cakes
- Dancing to "hungry eyes" on court
- Inspiring folk from Trinity humbly bringing me hot tea
- Seeing Ash O and her knees make it to the end - cue tears
- The kindness of Sonia and Zoe at my low point over sore feet - ditto
- The pain in my feet miraculously subsiding on Sunday morning - so I could fly like a gazelle on the home stretch!

- Comedy garden chairs provided in the chill out area that would gobble up unsuspecting people without warning
- Sonia's parents turning up to look after us, when we were soooo tired. Surrogate team Mum and Dad.
- Talking to the Trinity Hospice volunteers about how our money would help them and how amazing they thought we were
- Being privileged to take part in a world breaking record event.
- Being part of such a lovely team - capital nuns netball club rocks!
- Looking at the clock every 10 hours and counting down the time
- Having team managers - they were amazing
- Getting goose bumps when everybody cheered next to the court when we broke the record
- The feeling - we've done it!!!!!
- Funniest moments included when Kath just fell flat on the floor - with no apparent reason; When Lou and Zoe laughed and cried at the same time and tried to catch the ball with their bullfrog, red eyes; when Meags burst out in tears when she saw Nat (still quite early on in the weekend); trying to decide who has the funniest walk
- SJ, Cookie and Becky's apparent lack of pain and inexhaustible energy
- The last hour of playing, the atmosphere in the hall, and best of all the remaining heaps of energy on the court
- The whole weekend - how we've been spoilt, and pampered, the chaotic sleeping corner, and the shock when I woke up face to face with Kath!
- ALL the volunteers!!!!!!!!!!!! And their beautiful smiles!
- Waking up some time Sunday morning (have no idea of time!!!) and see renewed energy on the court!!
- Realising what a massive team effort this was!!!! In all respects!!
- The relief that it all came together after the hours spent organising
- The unbelievable enthusiasm, amazing attitude, unending support and total commitment to the cause of all the officials, crew and supporters. It was beyond all expectations.

- Lisa going off court to break wind, not being allowed back on court until a goal was scored and having to explain to the other end off the court why she was stood off court

- Julia's face after she was blown up for delaying play having walked slowly back to the centre at around hour 30...
- Me scoring a whole 16 goals in 55 hours - hurrah!
- Sonia's Mum and Dad and Sonia - bless the Fiford's
- The fantastic running techniques that started to appear around hour 30 - very glad it wasn't just me.
- Dirty dancing first time around - but a bad thing was it 5th time around
- Watching the team managers try to work out which sleeping NUN was which and the various wake up techniques.
- 3 Cheers for the Capital NUNS - just a magical moment which still gives me goosebumps
- Annari and SJ's unceasing interceptions (Poetry in motion and I'm glad they're on my team normally)
- Surviving, and actually quite enjoying, playing positions which required me to move around more than one third of the court
- Friends coming down to witness - it's amazing how quickly time went when I was looking forward to friends arriving later that day
- The food, including the excuse to eat steak sandwiches because I needed the protein!
- The rub downs on the physio bench - marvellous, I felt very spoilt, and got the opportunity to ask many annoying questions about whether I really do have a shoulder/knee/ankle problem
- Julia lend me a sweat band and told me I looked like a nob in it, that made me laugh, but was also secretly relieved at the pre-emptive move of not wearing it
- The blister packs were great, just wish I had found out what they do sooner
- Tea
- Lucozade tablets, which really do make you more bouncy, and clearly are made from class a drugs really
- Lisa getting told to stay off court until the next whistle after trumping in the corner of the court. I was just glad it wasn't me!
- Chris rocking up slightly trolleyed on sunday morning about 2ish and then promptly falling straight asleep
- Rupert cheering me on from the side lines
- Sleeping through my alarm because the noise on court was so loud
- Getting pissed on the champagne and a pint of shandy afterwards
- Everyone cheering on the defense and centre court players when they were shooting
- Having a laugh with everyone without exception!
- The generostiy of all the supporters and volunteers - having to look after yourself/make your own food/wake yourself up would have made the whole thing hell.

- The first hot meal of the weekend - the lasagne rocked.
- Hearing that we'd beaten our target £20K before we'd even started
- My feet miraculously recovering themselves at about 8pm on Saturday evening
- Getting to know loads of people in the club (that I previously hadn't really spent much time with) loads better.
- Deciding not to pull out when I first got injured, but sticking with it in the vague hope that I could make some contribution later on in the event, which I did.
- Significantly improving my shooting over the many hours I was playing GS!
- Lifting morale by farting off court and not being allowed back on until the next goal was scored (about 2 mins cause everyone was laughing so much)
- Sonia's parents and their tea parties
- Being involved with a fantastic event and meeting you guys
- Raising so much money for Trinity
- Having great support staff (including Lee who was absolutely fantastic and I think made a huge difference with our injuries or lack of I should say)
- Telling Ian he had set the new clock wrong and had given us a hour ahead of schedule!!!! that would have gone down well, who would have killed him first if we had stopped an hour early !!!
- Learning who can and cant dance out of your squad!
- Not aching after the event
- No one snored!!!!
- Getting home Sunday and not being timed to go to the loo!
- Being very very very proud of our achievement
- Trinity Hospice volunteer coming over at 53 hours saying how what we have done will make such a difference to so many of their patients. Cue lots of tears and inability to answer!
- Realising the benefits of being deaf in one ear - no whistles or balls to the head could wake me!
- Wedding song coming on and destroying any mental strength I had, and dissolving both me and Lou H to tears!
- And finally losing all dignity when flashing left boob to Ali and Mrs C to pad up the rubbing - first and last time I intend to pad my bra!

- Thinking about you all having to stay inside a smelly sports hall for 55 hours whilst i was lording it up on a 65ft yacht!
- Laughing my head off when the umpire wouldn't let Lisa back on court after she ran to the corner to politely fart at a distance from everyone else, absolutely brilliant!
- Finding a sandwich made by Sonia's Mum that saved my life, I couldn't face anymore pasta but found my perfect sandwich
- Discovering that there were, in fact, two of my perfect sandwiches left and having them both!
- Sitting on the sun lounger with a cup of tea, Glamour magazine, under my sleeping bag, eating Haribo and watching everyone else play what was still very good standard netball.
- " Getting in to my bed at 3am on Sunday morning having played an extra long shift
- Having my first massage from Lee and realising that I could walk again without it hurting and going back on court and being able to run
- Rachel's baby wiping his nose and mouth all over the only jumper I had but still thinking he was absolutely gorgeous
- Eating about 20 twix's and my own weight in crisps but knowing it didn't matter
- Finally intercepting a ball from Sam W, made my netballing career all worthwhile, let alone made the weekend!
- Someone putting the Top Gun soundtrack on the stereo at about 5am and "Playing with the Boys" coming on, fabulous
- Everyone singing along to Westlife and admitting that they hoped it was the whole album, not just one song
- Watching SJ and Julia stand on court and nearly wet their pants at their standing still jokes
- Blubbing uncontrollably with Gem because the volunteers were sooo nice!
- THE FOX!

- Seeing how long Julia and I could stand still together on court without being shouted at by team mates and thinking it was the funniest thing in the whole world ever
- The clock going over the 24 hour mark
- Telling Lou Hiscocks the 'why are pirates called pirates' joke
- My feet after their first 2minute soak in iced water
- Waking up genuinely excited on Saturday morning as I realised one of my best buddies Rupert had arrived to start his witnessing slot whilst I'd been sleeping
- The amazingness of the volunteers. All so kind and they intuitively knew when you needed a cup of tea, or a plaster or just a hug.
- Having a personal slave for a weekend. (Thanks Mark!)
- Eating lots (and lots) of Yorkies. Who says they are not for girls?
- Playing against my old uni buddies - and them making me realise what a contacter / barger I am (sorry Stick!) And Gem, making me laugh for 'that' incident!
- Hearing Sam shout 'good interception' when I was playing completely out of position at GK…. (probably my only one interception per game, but who cares?!)
- Waking up at about six in the morning to see Zoe and I think it was Lou J, dancing to some cheesy tunes on court. Hilarious.
- Lying in bed for an hour on Monday morning psyching myself up to brave the legs, then not even feeling stiff!
